Marshall Islands 1891 (28 Oct.) 10pf postal stationery envelope from Jaluit to Mainz (17.1.92) via Sydney (11.12), uprated with 1889 5pf green (2) and a 20pf blue (V46a, 48b), Very Fine and attractive three-color franking. Originally marked as registered but "Einschreiben" crossed out bearing additional 20pf as an overpayment (or perhaps the letter was determined to be double weight.
