Marshall Islands 1893 (3 Apr.) envelope from Jaluit to Chicago, bearing 1889 20pf gray ultramarine (V48a) tied by Jaluit c.d.s., handstamped "Unclaimed", "Retour", and "Advertised" with 1¢ postage due applied to cover advertising fee, finally sent to the Dead Letter Office in Washington and returned to Jaluit with "Terre Nueve"; part of flap missing, file fold, Fine and unusual.
