Samoa 1914 (30 July) registered envelope from Apia to Cochabamba, Bolivia, bearing 80pf yacht tied by Apia c.d.s., New Zealand censor tape applied over opening at top with purple "Opened by the/Military Censor/N.Z." handstamp on front and back, tape has been lifted to display the manuscript endorsement that "The bulletin of the governors of 12/8 applies" referring to the fact that letters could only be sent to a neutral country, backstamped Auckland (26.11) and Wellington (27.11), slight edge wear, Fine and rare.
