Canal Zone 1906, 8¢ on 50¢ bister brown, no bar at top or bottom (19 var.), from the bottom row of a sheet with both the "PANAMA" overprint and the "8 cts" surcharge being shifted strongly upward (and to the left---two "Panama" at right, none at left). Slightly disturbed o.g. Fine and rare, only five recorded. CZSG 19.12.
