Liechtenstein, 1931 3rd South America Flight, Friedrichshafen-Pernambuco (Michel 229a), printed matter cover to Cali, Colombia with mixed Liechtenstein/ Colombia franking: two Liechtenstein stamps (including 1.20fr perf 10½) postmarked Triesenberg (15 Oct), Friedrichshafen transit (17 Oct), backstamped Recife (20 Oct); flown to New York (foreign mail ovals tie Colombian stamps) from Belem, Brazil (27 Oct postmark on reverse) for despatch to Barranquilla, where the stamps are cancelled (30 Nov) before transport by SCADTA to Cali (3 Dec receiver on front), Very Fine and scarce combination.
