1863, 2¢ black, horizontal bisect, used as part of 3¢ rate (73c), top half, used with slightly overlapping single, tied together by light target duplexed with "Whitehall N.Y. Jan 13 '68" c.d.s., second strike tying single, on small envelope to Plattsburgh N.Y., "Paid" in pencil slightly underneath single, envelope with couple tiny edge scuffs, still Very Fine and scarce.
