3¢ ultramarine (114), horizontal pair, tied by quartered cork and Albany N.Y. c.d.s. on all-over illustrated ad cover for State Agriculture Works in pale bister, to Wardsville, Ontario, considered overweight and struck with bold "U. STATES" straightline and "20" collect, Oct. 1869 docketing at right; left 3¢ small fault, cover slightly reduced at right, still Very Fine, scarce usage, Ex-Robertson.
