1873, 10¢ brown (161), tied by NYFM cancellation (Wiess GE-EP9) on cover from New York to Havana, Cuba, handstamped "NA 1RL" reales due rating, Havana May 12 and recipients May 13, 1875 backstamps, includes original letter from the National Bank Note Co. stating it was impossible to quote prices for a proposed label until more information is provided; slight edge toning and small opening tear, Fine and scarce.
