7¢ and 3¢ Treasury (O76, O74), tied by cork cancels duplexed with "Washington D.C. Nov 24" c.d.s. on small cover to London, England, red "London Paid 8 De 77" receiver, blue Treasury Dept. imprint on flap; small tear at top, slightly reduced at left, stamps have minor perforation faults (3¢ is a natural straight edge), Fine, double the 5¢ U.P.U. rate to England.
