The "Chesapeake" collection balance, two stockbooks of proofs and a few essays beginning with the New York Postmaster's Provisional and running through revenues, telegraphs and post office seals mostly plate proofs with excellent variety, nothing rare but loaded with $100-$200 items and many better, about 220 items in all including blocks; condition is a little mixed but the majority is F-VF. Scott value exceeds $15,000.
