1920 "Three/Cents" surcharge on 35¢ red (130, 130a, 130 var.), block of twenty-five, the complete surcharge setting, position 14 lower bar of surcharge partly missing, position 15 lower bar of surcharge omitted and position 24 raised "E" in "cents", fresh, original gum, never hinged (except top left stamp hinged and stamp below has small patch of gum missing), slight wrinkling at top right corner, Very Fine.
