ALS as president, 1 page, 6¼ x 7½", July 26, 1823 letter in his hand stating that he had "sent the dft. to Mr Gouverneur near by this nights mail, with a request to the P.M. to forward it, as soon as received, so that I hope it will reach him in due time.
