1869, 15¢ brown & blue, type II, center inverted (119b), exceptionally fresh with unusually rich and intense colors. Cork and a bit of red transit cancels with complete freedom from the faults that plague these inverts. Fine. Catalogue value is for a finely centered example with minimal faults.
