1940 Green Stock Transfers, $1-$20, unfinished imperforates (RD79-85 var.), same in top margin plate blocks of 12 with arrow and "CS", ungummed, few with slight edge flaws in selvage or minor toning on reverse, otherwise Very Fine. The "CS" indicated a chromium plated steel plate.
