Rover at Hong Kong in care of the American Consul, red "London Paid 22 JY 67" transit and red crayon "1" colonial credit, Hong Kong (9.18) backstamp, forwarded privately to Kanagawa; 30¢ with s.e. and rounded corner, slight cover restoration, Very Fine appearing, an early American usage to Japan.
