Transit Jan 20" credit d.s., endorsed "pr "Cuba"", French, Naples (2.5) and Palermo (2.6) backstamps; no side flaps, some toned perfs, Very Fine, an interesting three-color franking.

Although the cover was franked with 19¢ to prepay the North German Union Closed mail rate, it was actually bagged as Italian Closed Mail carried by British Packet.
