Expertization: 1980, 2000 and 2006 P.F. Certificates, the latter graded XF-S 95.
The 50¢ double line watermark is actually just about as elusive in high quality as its single line counterpart, in fact the grade of 95 achieved by this example if the highest earned by a #422.
