Certificate "small tear"), J58 with Chicago pre-cancel and mint or unused #113, 227, 228, 240, 261, 275, 342, 403, 404, 422, 445, 477, E5, plate blocks of #232, 1053, C21, etc., a few with a small fault but the used are generally lightly cancelled and the mint include some never hinged, overall an attractive and very useful lot, includes 16 certificates.
