1971, 8¢ Sloan, red (engraved) omitted (1433b), the error caused by a dramatic misregistration of the engraved red being shifted to the left, top right plate no. block of four, the right pair missing "John Sloan/8¢". O.g., never hinged. Fine, a striking and rarely seen error.
