Autograph Document Signed, one page, 7¾ x 6¾ Burlington, N.J., January 5, 1808. Power of Attorney given to one Jonathan Smith, Esqr, cashier of the Bank of Pennsylvania, for the purpose of receiving Boudinot’s stock dividends and crediting them to his bank account, boldly signed with flourishes by Boudinot; some chipping in right margin and rejoining of split folds, one of which runs vertically through signature.
