Asquith" on "10 Downing Street…" letterhead with embossed crest "First Lord of the Treasury", one page, 7½ x 9, London, December 18, 1908. To the Lord Lieutenant confirming the King's approval of the appointment of the Earl of Rosse and the Count de la Poer to be H.M. Lieutenants for Kings County and the County of Waterford respectively. Very Fine.
