Piece of Document Signed "North", 3¾ x 2, showing "His Majestys Command" under which signed "North" (Prime Minister who later resigned in 1782 following the loss of the American Colonies), "Westcote" (William Henry Lyttelton, Governor of South Carolina in 1755, and Lord of the Treasury, 1777-1782 in the North Administration), and "J Buller", docketing "1781".
