1917, 11¢ light green, perf 10 at bottom (511a), full top plate No. 13467 block of six. The bottom row the perf 10 the right stamp is transitional guaging partly perf 10 and partly perf 11, slight separation in lower left pair, original gum, lightly hinged on selvage, top middle stamp and bottom left stamp, the right pair of 511a is never hinged. Couple faintly toned perf tips, pulled perf at bottom left. Otherwise F.-V.F. Estimate 15,000 - 20,000
