1¢ Post Office, overprinted "Sepcimen" (error) (O47SDa, O47S), top left margin vertical block of eight, position 5 being the error (position 21 in sheet of 100), well centered. Without gum as issued. Some spearations between positions 5 and 7. Very Fine and exceptionally rare.
