Finland 1860-1996, mainly mint collection in a Scott Specialty album, virtually complete mint Republic issues from 1917 onward, probably 98% never hinged (including the C1); very little earlier material but there are seven top-quality serpentine roulettes, #3-6, 9, 10 and 10d, used #69 with Schwenson certificate, and some issues for Ausland; a terrific starter collection.
