Intact British Commonwealth Collection, several thousand mint and used stamps mounted on Scott Specialty pages, housed in a large carton. 19th Century is predominately used, while 20th Century is almost entirely mint to the early 1970s, a wealth of better singles and complete sets are present throughout since the owner appears to have paid equal attention to most parts of the Empire (no Bermuda or Asia).
