(16.9- nearly two week delay), purple manuscript registration no. 6910 changed to "6913" due to delay, sealed with plate number selvage from a 4d definitive, multiple Canadian backstamps including Amherstburg receiver (11.10); Fine to Very Fine and quite possibly unique.
