Repulse, Panama", envelope addressed to Rear Admiral Arthur Cochrane C.B. and bearing 1863-72 (1d) lake (faulty) and 4d grey tied together by Trinidad double-arc datestamp, red "Trinidad Paid" and crayon "4" rating, sender's instruction on reverse "The respective Postmasters in the Pacific Sea Ports are requested to forward this letter to the place where the flagship Repulse may be found, as its present port is not known here", St. Thomas (2.9) backstamp; cover faults including stains that affect 1d, Fine and scarce.
