Telegraph Messengering Dep't, Paid, Adams' Express, 80 Chestnut St." large double-circle handstamp, reverse with yellow Stait & Co. advertising label, two light file folds, one thru stamp, a Very Fine usage, extremely scarce example of Eagle "cogwheel" stamp on cover.
