Newspaper stamp balance 1865-97, virtually all mint or unused including #PR1-7, 9-18, 28, 33-35, 37, 38, 63, 64, 68, 71-75, 77-79, 81-89, 95, 96, 102-108, 114-125, etc., while there are some faults and some without gum, appearance overall is quite attractive, accompanied by five P.F. or P.S.E. certificates.
