Back of the book include an unused set of C13-15 plus used special deliveries, a nice run of postage dues mixed mint and used, officials mixed mint and used, a strong Newspaper section, an extensive revenue section with R21c, R129, R131, R135b, R151a plus red documentaries, stock transfers, etc. A U.S. possessions section is strong in Canal Zone, Guam (includes mint #1-12 less #9), Hawaii and Philippines. Condition varies but overall Fine to Very Fine collection with very high catalogue value, well worth a close inspection.
