Collector's lot of mint stamps 1887-1920, comprised of 69 stamps all with failed certificates generally being regummed or reperforated, about 25 are never hinged, better stamps include #227 (2), 260, 290 (3), 291, 293, 342, Q10 and Q12 (3) each, etc.
