Russia and Germany, Signed photo of Maxim Litvinoff, Russian Kommissar of Foreign Affairs, a Jew and an outspoken anti-Nazi, he was forced out when Hitler and Stalin signed a non-agression pact. Later, after Germany attacked Russia, Litvinoff came out of retirement as Ambassador to the U.S., also a spectacular 1939 German Anti-Bolshevism propaganda card.
