Feldman of Amryland, convicted of violating Sect. 338, Title 18 of the U.S. Code and sentenced to pay a $2,000 fine in 1943. signed also by Attorney General J. Howrd McGrath, red Justice Department seal, Very Fine, a scarce Truman pardon.
