1869, 15¢ brown & blue, type II, center inverted (119b), nicely centered, good colors and a light cancel that allows the inverted vignette to be plainly visible, creases and a closed tear (most of these are faulty and the catalogue value, in fact, is for an example with minimal faults), Fine to Very Fine appearing and far more attractive than many.
