Confederacy, 1863, 10¢ greenish blue, Die B (12c), large to clear margins, tied by crisp "Thomasville Ga./Nov 8" c.d.s. on turned cover to a captain in Company B of the 2nd Florida Cavalry at Hart's Road Station, Fla., the original (inside) portion bearing U.S. 3¢ dull red (26) tied by "Newton Lower Falls Mass./Aug. 18" c.d.s. to Kale City, Fla., having first been used prior to the outbreak of the Civil War, opened out for exhibition, Very Fine and exceptional turned cover with stamps of the United States and Confederacy.
