Expertization: 2006 P.S.E. Certificate graded VF-XF 85.

This unused example and one original gum example are the only stamps graded VF-XF 85 by the P.S.E., with none graded higher. The 5¢ buff is one of the most difficult 1861 stamps to find unused and centered.
