Commemorative Plate Blocks, 1960-2002, collection virtually complete for the period in four Scott albums (to 1999) and two stockbooks, several 8¢-13¢ collected with all four corners and, of course, many later in miniature sheets; in addition there are 2-4 sheets of some of the 33¢-37¢ sheets; includes some premium like two sheets of the 22¢ Wildlife and a sheet of the recalled Legends of the West (no envelope). Total face is about $1,500.
