Fabulous Plate Number Collection, valuable old-time collection in one fat stockbook. Incs innumerable plate blocks and plate no. strips and singles from the Banknotes to the 1940s. Includes Columbians to the 15¢ Trans-Miss. to 5¢ Pan-Americans to 10¢ lots of 1st Bureaus and 1903s, Washington-Franklins, 1909 commemoratives, 1922s to $1, 581-591 complete, Kans.-Nebr. less the 10¢ Nebr. (8¢ Kans. & 6¢ Nebr. plain blocks), etc. Back-of-the-Book includes C1-6 & C18 plate no. singles, strong Postage Dues, Parcel Post 1¢-10¢ & 25¢ (1¢ plate block of 6 NH), and much, much more. Centering was not a particular concern for the owner, so there aren't a great number of VF pieces to be found but there are very few actual faults other than separation or h.r.'s. and there are random NH items throughout. A great lot — a careful inspection is sure to prove worthwhile.
