Newspaper Stamp Balance, a few hundred stamps and proofs on Scott National pages, includes PR1, 4-7, and several other better stamps cataloging as much as $400 and even an unused PR111 (2 straight edges, $1,200); also Specimens PR9-15SD and a nice range of counterfeits and facsimiles; mixed condition, but much is F-VF. Scott value is over $7,500.
