1898, 1¢ 5¢ 10¢ & 15¢ new colors, "Roosevelt" small die proofs (279P2/284P2), all but the 1¢ still on card. Very Fine. The only four values from this issue produced for the "Roosevelt" album, since the 2¢ and 4¢ were too similar to the previously issued colors.
