Document Signed as Mayor of New York, one page, 7¾ x 6¾ New York, April 30, 1799 relating to a trespassing case brought before the New York Mayor's Court. Large, strongly penned signature "Richard Varick May 1". Left edge irregularly trimmed affecting the first letters of four words in as many lines. Blank bottom corners diagonally trimmed; two small fold separations with negligible paper loss and light paper toning; overall Fine.
