Official document relating to the administration of the territory of Martinique, in French, untranslated. Signed on the last page by Keppel as "Commander in Chief and Governor of the Island of Martinique and vice admiral of said island" and countersigned under the words "by order of his Excellency" by Charles Cottrell, Secretary. With official red wax seal virtually intact on third page; moderate dusting and signs of aging but about Fine.
