1852, 3¢ dull red, type I (11), two horizontal strips of 4 (positions 1-4 & 11-14L6) tied by Richmond, La. town cancels on cover to New Orleans, one stamp with a nice natural paper fold; stamps mostly cut in at top and/or bottom, cover reduced, refolded and repaired, but unusual and attractive.
