1852, 3¢ dull red, type I (11), vertical block of eight. Position 69-70/99-100R (plate?) with sheet margin and part-imprint at right and partial sheet margin at bottom. Heavy vertical creases in left stamps and just outside of right stamps, tear at bottom of position 99. Otherwise Fine. A rare and desirable piece for plating.
