1890, 30¢ black (228), nearly perfectly centered with huge balanced margins and a neat double oval cancel. A choice Extremely Fine gem. [P.S.E. notes "light manuscript offset on reverse", which is truly insignificant and for which they presumably downgraded this stamp from a XF-Sup 95]. SMQ $185 for XF 90, $530 for XF-Sup 95.
