3¢ Dull Red, Type II (11A), complete reconstruction of the "three rows", the 8th, 9th and 10th vertical rows from the left pane of Plate 3, 27 singles and two pairs (position is represented by a single and in a pair with position 30), nearly all with four margins, mounted by Dr Chase on 3 x 5 cards and identified as "'3 rows'. Plate 3, Left Pane, 1854 shade". A marvelous set.
