3¢ Dull Red, Type II (11A), Reconstruction of Plate 1 Late, 200 singles arranged on two plating sheets including "line through Three Cents" and nice recutting varieties (though position 95L1L is not a very good example of the 5 lines recut); no large sheet margins but many 4-margin copies, no pen cancels and very few faults. An excellent, Fine to Very Fine group.
