Ceylon, 1857-1968, comprehensive collection with the 19th century being mainly used and the quality is a bit mixed, though it includes several nice stamps, e.g. 1861 1s9d grren with fresh color and full o.g.; the 20th century is all mint and appears to complete, F-VF, to the 20 rupee values including the Officials (O1-24). A very good lot.
