Italian States, small collection with strength in Parma (including mint o.g. 10, 12, 13 plus 11 used on piece with A.P.S. Cert., Tuscany (17 & 22 used, both signed Bloch) Two Sicilies (1 mint, o.g. and 6 used, both signed A. Diena) and Sicily (10g, mint, o.g.); Modena is also quite good, but Romagna, Roman States and Sardinia are unremarkable. Condition is well above average, especially on the first four States noted.
